Our family bought Paris Navigo Decouverte Passes in 2011- will we still be able to use them - as we are coming to Paris this October arriving in Orly Airport at 10.30pm at night ?

2011 Navigo passes may no longer work in 2022 as they are meant to only last 10 years (to allow for technology changes I'm guessing).
You could still try to recharge them at a ticket window (safer) or ticket vending machine upon arrival at the train station at CDG. If they are able to be read and recharged, then you are good to go. Otherwise, a new set of Navigo passes would be required.
