I am organizing a travel to disneyland paris, with a person using electric-wheelchair (so he cannot never leave the wheelchair, even for a moment), we will arrive in Paris Gare de Lyon, and we want to arrive at Disneyalnd using the Metro Rer, so I would like to know if the rer, in this case, is completely accessible or not.
