Purchase only certain zones?

We have the Paris pass which includes zones 1-3 and we were wondering can we just purchase a pass for zones 4 and 5 on the days needed rather than purchasing a 5 day pass? How much would those two zones be ?

As far as I know you can't extend a 1-3 Zone Paris Pass to include zones 4-5. If you haven't used the pass yet, perhaps you could refund it and purchase the 1-5 zone Paris Pass.
