In 2009 purchased a Navigo Decouverte with Carte Nominative. Headed back to Paris . Must I get a new card or can I recharge my card from 2009?

I have the same age of Navigo card (nominative) and it seemed ok when I checked on Navigo.fr. I'll double check at a ticket vending machine shortly and report back.
Whoops, I misread your post and thought it was a photo/name Navigo card for residents. The Navigo Découverte expires after 10 years so it depends on when you got the card in 2009. If you acquired the Navigo after this date in 2009 it *should* be rechargeable until the ten year date is reached.
