We were not able to use RER Route B tickets purchased on Oct. 29 for use on Nov. 1 due to the closure since it would have put us too late at the airport. How can I receive a refund for these tickets? Thank you.

You can try to request a refund by contacting the city train authority, but in general refunds aren't given for purchased tickets.
