I payed for four adult tickets to get from central Paris to CDG on 26:th of February. But the train stopped and we weren't offered any other transportation. The RER-personnel asked us to get a taxi. So I had to pay for the transportation once more through a taxi. Can I get a refund on the travel I didn't get please?
