I want to if the carnet od 10 tickets are also for RER trains?
How much is one RER C ticket from Porte Maillot to Gennevilliers, and does that line RER C works in 23:00 pm?

It is possible to buy carnets of RER tickets for specific start & end destinations if you know you will be making several round trips between two RER stations.
This shouldn't be confused with Paris Metro carnets of ten tickets, which are only good for RER stations that are inside Paris zone 1 (see map).
One RER ticket from Porte Maillot to Gennevilliers is 2.80€.
