Thanks for the posts. There's nothing officially announced as of yet on RATP.fr which is the city train authority. We'll know for certain if the strike is actually happening when it's posted there. From the union websites I've read they are still in the planning and recruitment stages of the strike and haven't yet properly published their strike notices (the dates on the notices still read September 2019).
