The last TGV to Disneyland leaves at 21:14pm. My flight arrives in terminal 1 at 20:40. Have I any chance of making it? Thanks.

I would say highly unlikely.  Transferring from CDG Terminal 1 to CDG Terminal 2 itself would take about 20 minutes of walking and trains.
