I am in Paris on vacation and I made a huge error when purchasing two metro passes. I wanted to buy the ten ticket pass and I asked the ticket attendant for help but there English was very limited as is my French and I ended up being charged for two five day passes! I cannot afford this ticket and it has put me in a very bad situation with my credit card! Please can I please be charged for the ten ticket pass? Please!!!

You can contact the RATP (Paris Transit Authority) for assistance through their contact form at https://www.ratp.fr/contacts/client or at Metro/RER ticket windows to request a refund of unused 5-day tickets.
