We are coming to paris then traveling on to belgium, netherlands and germany. Id there a train ticket we can purchase that can be used on any train system? We seen that you can buy a month long train ticket, would that ticket work in other countries on any trains? Thank you!

There's no train passes sold by France that work with other international city-run train systems. There is an international rail system pass for trains going between countries called Eurail passes, but these are not valid on city-run trains such as Metro, subway, trams, buses, etc. You'd still need to buy valid transit fares for city specific transit systems even if you held a Eurail international rail pass.
