I am arriving Thursday morning to CDG. If I get a weekly pass, I understand they need a photo and pen to sign. It expires Sunday. If I purchase for the next week, do I get a new card or is the card I have reloaded?

You would reload the plastic Navigo card for next week's subscription using the automated Navigo recharge machines or regular ticket vending machines (which have a Navigo reader as well) or by visiting a ticket booth where the agent can add a Navigo subscription onto an existing card. Each Navigo card is meant to last 10 years before it needs to be replaced.
