Navigo Jour day pass for Sunday (5-zone if you're arriving by airports, 2-zone for just Central Paris), along with a Navigo Week pass (which begins its validity Monday), using the same physical card, all purchased at the same time. Cost is 7.50€ (2-zone) or 17.80€ (5-zone) for day pass, + 22.80€ for week pass + 5€ for the card itself.
