To travel from Paris to other cities in France there's no particular "all-France travel pass" available. Most would simply buy TGV or Intercities train tickets from Voyages-SNCF .
For a pass to travel to cities surrounding Paris inside the Ile-de-France, a 5 zone Navigo Decouverte would cover your travel needs on RER and Transilien trains which serve this area.
