Is it needed any additional things such as valid card and photo for Paris Metro Passes? If I buy a book of 20 ticket, can it be shares between two or three persons?

To buy a Navigo Decouverte pass, yes you need to provide a small photo of yourself which you can bring with you or use the automated photo booths available at most large train stations.
If you buy books of Paris Metro tickets you can split the tickets among several people.
