Hello, I am on a 7 hour stopover from Edinburgh > Paris CDG > Copenhagen on 19th February. I was wondering if I had enough time to go into the city of Paris or should i just sit in the airport?

The RER Train from CDG to Paris will take about 40-45 minutes to travel from CDG T2 train station to Gare du Nord in Paris. So you could theoretically store your bags at bag storage services at CDG Terminal 2 train station, spend 3-4 hours in Paris and be back for your connecting flight.
