Are trains available on 25th December 2016 From Rue de chabrol to disneyland and back return. I wanted to buy ticket to travel for 4 days from 24th December to 27th December 2016. Please let me know.

Metro and RER trains run every day of the year in and around Paris including to Paris Disneyland.
 
Since Dec 24th is a Saturday, the Navigo will not be useful for you.  Either Paris Visite multi-day tickets or simply single RER tickets between Disney and Paris will be your best options.
