I have already ask a question about RER tickets for my Paris stay, but some part I read it need picture for the fair, do I need to print a copy of my picture for the fair or I don't need one, since I'm traveling from US. Thanks!

For single-use RER tickets, no you don't need any photo of yourself. Only if you are buying a Navigo card (multi-use pass card) will you need a small photo of yourself, to use with the pass card.
