Does it me that buying 1 Navigo Découvert Pass for 1 tourist would cost 31.25E (5E+5E+21.25E) ?
Also can it be bought via Internet before arriving in Paris ?

The Navigo Découverte would cost 5€ for the card itself and 21.25€ for the week subscription for all 5 zones.
The Navigo Découverte is not sold online, rather only at Metro, RER, Transilien ticket windows.
