Hi, I purchased a France pass from Rail Europe, can I use it on RER trains?

France pass no longer covers any of the RER lines for Paris and surrounding suburbs. This information is from the Eurail staff. See bottom of this thread.
Previously the France Pass provided tickets for the RER B and RER C trains upon request from RER ticket windows along those lines.
