I will buy a Navigo Decouverte Pass when I arrive Paris in May. Does this pass cover the trip from Palace of Versailles to Villa Savoye and then from Villa Savoye to Central Paris

Yes the Navigo Week Pass by default will cover Versailles (Zone 3), Villa Savoye (in Zone 5) and Central Paris (Zone 1).
