Arriving Gare du Nord from London by Eurostar. Need to buy three new Navigo Decouverte passes and recharge one old pass. Last time I got lost. This time, it is with family and lots of luggage. Please give me full walking directions to the ticket windows selling the passes. Thanks.

I've updated the Gare du Nord article with information on where to buy Navigo Passes with much more detail, from the point of arrival of Eurostar trains to where the ticket windows for Navigo passes are sold. There are two locations so you may be directed to the other one depending on each's stock/availability of Navigo card blanks. Remember to fashion yourself some small color headshot photos in preparation for buying the Navigo cards.
