The simplest way to get from Orly to Val d'Europe is by train through central Paris.
You would take the OrlyVal & RER B trains from Orly to Paris, then transfer to the RER A to Val d'Europe.
Tickets for both OrlyVal and RER can be purchased from the OrlyVal ticket office at Orly.
Ticket cost would be 18.65€ total (for the entire OrlyVal/RER B & RER A trains together).
