You'll need to take a night bus to get to Opera and then take the Roissybus to CDG Airport.
N16 night bus leaves from PEREIRE-LE CHATELIER bus stop near Hotel de Prony at 04:33. This bus stops at Auber station from where you'll need to walk to the Roissybus stop at Opera. That departs at 05:15 and will arrive right at 06:00 at CDG Airport Terminal 2C.
If you'd like a shorter walk to start your journey, take Noctilien night bus N191 from Charles de Gaulle Friedland (bus stop at the start of Avenue de Friedland at Arc de Triomphe) to Saint Lazare bus exchange, then take N16 from there till Opera and complete the journey again on the Roissybus fro Opera.
