Which RER A number should I use in order to go from Charles De Gaulle Etoile to Val d’Europe by RER?
Is it an direct connection or should I change the trains in between stations ?if yes in which station and which RER number?
Which is the best ticket type for 2 Adults and 1 Childe?

The RER A4 branch which has a destination listed as "Marne la Vallée-Chessy" will be the RER A train you want for Paris to Val d'Europe. (See Paris RER Map.)
You don't need to change trains.
If you're only making a single round trip to Val d'Europe and back to Paris then I'd recommend single use Paris RER tickets.
