What is the best method to get tickets and travel from Strausbourg to Paris by train. Staying in the area of 31 rue du Roi de Sicile. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I'd use the official state ticket seller website to buy train tickets from Strasbourg to Paris: https://en.oui.sncf/en/
You'll arrive at Gare de l'Est where you can buy Paris Metro tickets and take Metro 7 in direction Villejuif-Louis Aragon until Pont-Marie station and walk to your hotel.
