Hello, In February 2023, I'll be using the Navigo card obtained during my trip earlier this year. Where might I "reload" it? Are there self-service machines or shall I go to the same windows that issue them originally?

A Navigo card can be reloaded using automated ticket machines at both RER stations and Metro stations (and also Transilien stations).
Scroll down on "Buy Paris Train Tickets" section of this article on CDG Airport trains & train stations to see what the automatic RER ticket machines look like, which will have a slot/reader for Navigo cards for recharging them. (The light blue rectangles at the bottom right of the payment area.)
You may also recharge your Navigo card with the help of an agent at any Metro/RER/Transilien ticket window or ticket office at CDG Airport or throughout Paris and Ile-de-France region using either a (European) debit card, (Visa/Mastercard) credit card or Euro cash.
