Bikes are allowed on RER B trains (and other RER trains) during off-peak hours during weekdays (before 6:30am, between 9:30am - 4:30pm and after 7pm) and all day Saturday, Sunday, holidays.
 
For the Metro, only Metro line 1 allows bikes and only on Sundays, holidays before 4:30pm.  To enter Metro line 1 at a station with a bike, you must ask the ticket/gate agent to open the handicapped gate for you to pass through to the platforms.
 
At some stations you'll see a sticker of a bicycle inside a green circle on the platform indicating which train car you should use when getting on the train.  If unavailable, use the very first or very last train car (in the direction of travel).
