I saw that it used to be possible to buy Navigo Decouverte passes at Orly Airport, at the Orlybus ticket office at Terminal 4.
However, Orlybus is not running anymore since last march. Is this ticket office still open for general RATP sales? Or is it possible maybe to buy this pass at the Orlyval ticket office?

Unfortunately there's no way to buy Navigo Decouverte passes at Orly airport any longer. You'll have to visit a ticket window / office outside of Orly airport now. So buying a Paris Airports Ticket (which is put on a Navigo Easy) from the Metro 14 ticket machines is likely the best way to get into the city. Then buying a Navigo Decouverte from the most convenient ticket window for you.
