Is it valid to use the physical card and at the same time the application wherever is easier to me or it is only a ticket or the app?

Unfortunately there's no simultaneous cross-usage possible for Paris transport tickets/passes/fares between physical smart cards like Navigo Easy or Navigo Découverte and the mobile phone Paris transit apps like Ile de France Mobilités. When you buy/load a Paris transport fare onto either a card or app, the fare can only be used from that device and not interchangeably between the two afterwards.
