I'm buying Paris 2024 week ticket with my Android, I buy days (f.ex 3days), I can't buy it for spesific days. Is this ticket activating after first use? And valid 3 days from that?

Correct, you can't buy it for specific days of activation like a Navigo Day Pass, the Paris 2024 Pass is activated for its entire duration (for example, 3-days) when it's first validated by a turnstile/faregate/pass reader and stays active until midnight on the 3rd day. So if you begin its 3-day validity period on Tuesday at say 2pm, the Paris 2024 Pass will expire at 11:59:59pm on Thursday evening. (For night buses, the expiration would be 05:59am on Friday morning.)
