Yesterday I used my Bonjour RATP app to buy Navigo day passes (Navigo Jour) for 14, 15 and 16 June. First I tried to purchase one for 14 June - but the app processed a day pass for 15 June. Thinking I'd previously entered the wrong date, I tried again for 14 June - but the app gave me another 15 June day pass. I then tried to process a day pass for 16 June - and it gave me a ticket for 17 June! I'm now the proud possessor of two 15 June day passes and one day pass for 17 June. There's obviously a bug in the app. Has anyone else had this problem? And what's the solution, other than going to a ticket office once I get to Paris and explaining what's happened?

That's definitely a bug. I would guess it's to do with Paris being Central Europe Time and your phone using a different time zone. (CET being 5-8 hours ahead of North America, I believe.). My guess is the software developers never tested using Bonjour RATP in a different time zone than CET and voila... this is a bug they didn't catch.
I think speaking to the ticketing desks at CDG Terminal 2 or Terminal 1/3 train stations would be your best bet for fixing the situation.
Best of luck.
