I will be in Paris Sunday- Saturday and plan to purchase the Navigo Decouverte card and add a week pass for Mon-Sat transport. Can I also add a daily pass or individual Metro tickets to the Decouverte card for Sunday travel? Or do I need to purchase a separate Navigo Easy card with individual tickets/day pass? Thank you!

The Navigo Decouverte can load Navigo Day Passes, but not individual use tickets like Metro-Train-RER tickets. You can load the Navigo Day Pass, active for the Sunday you arrive, onto the same Navigo Decouverte card on which you load the Navigo Week Pass for Monday-Sunday coverage.
Yes you would need a separate Navigo Easy to use Metro-Train-RER tickets or Tram-Bus tickets.
