I understand that each passenger will require their own Navigo easy pass.
My question is, can I purchase additional tickets for 3 different cards using 1 account or do I have to a separate account for each card?

I'm not certain which account you're referring to, but I'm going to assume you mean for making purchases on the Ile-de-France Mobilites mobile phone app.
If you're using the mobile phone app to charge a Navigo Easy card using the phone's NFC capability, I believe it would be possible to charge multiple Navigo Easy cards with tickets and having all billing receipts fall under a single account.
If you're not referring to Navigo Easy being loaded by the Paris transport mobile phone apps, then accounts are not an issue as the Navigo Easy is anonymous/nameless, can be used by anyone. Loading tickets onto Navigo Easy can be done on any automated ticket vending machines at Metro/RER stations and requires only credit card or cash.
