I arrive at Paris CDG airport on a Thursday evening and plan to buy the the Navigo weekly card. How long will it be valid. I need to go back to CDG airport on Monday afternoon

Navigo week pass bought on Thursday is still only good till Sunday midnight. Navigo Weekly is strictly Monday to Sunday.
For Monday you'll need to buy a single-use RER ticket from Paris to CDG for 11.45€ for the RER B (includes any Metro transfers you need prior to the RER B line).
