We will be arriving in Paris (CDG airport) on Wednesday April 1, 2020 and leaving Paris (Gare de Lyon) on Monday April 6, 2020. Which pass will work best for us or do we need to have 2 different passes ?

A Navigo Decouverte week pass which will work from arrival at CDG until Sunday midnight. Then you can just use a Paris Metro ticket to get to Gare de Lyon on Monday for your departure. If you plan on more than 3 one-way transit trips on Monday, then a Navigo Jour day pass (put onto your Navigo Decouverte) is a good option.
