Hi, is it possible to return from Versailles to Paris by train after Saturday nighttime fountain show, which ends around 11 pm? I don’t see late RER-C trains on the schedule.

I believe there are two trains departing Versailles Rive-Gauche RER C station towards Paris on Saturday evenings at 11:25pm & 11:55pm. (Listed on the RATP.fr official website.)
There are some rail maintenance works listed for interruptions to service during the week, but I don't see it affecting the weekend schedule.
Here's a screenshot from the ratp.fr website for this Saturday for example (Gare de Juvisy is the terminus station in a SE suburb of Paris so this RER C will go from Versailles to Paris following the Seine across the city, then down out the SE edge towards Juvisy):
