Our departure flight will be on 08.30 at Orly Airport next week. Our hotel is around the Port Clichy. I guess we have to be there 2-3 hours before departure. Is there any transportation available at that time? Or better take a taxi/uber?

The first Metro 14 train from Porte de Clichy station should depart at roughly 5am and arrive by 5:39am at Orly Airport Metro station. If that's doable for you, I think this is the easiest / best solution.
