Hi I have brought my family over to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and we have a hotel in Montrouge. We had no idea about train disruptions and was wondering if between 630-930 this line is open so we may travel to DL?

Yes the trains you need to get from Montrouge to Disneyland will be running in the morning and evening on January 10.
From Montrouge I'm assuming you will take Metro 4 to Chatelet, transfer to RER A direction Marne la Vallee. You can do this anytime between 6:30 - 9:30 a.m.
On the way back from Disneyland the last train from Disneyland back to Paris departs at 7:55 p.m.
