Paris Metro/RER service 2022/2023 New Year's Eve will likely operate the same hours & frequency as last year.
I've checked with RATP, STIF and Transilien and none of them have posted changes to the scheduled operation yet.
Paris - Châtelet to Orly night bus line N22 runs every 30 minutes on holidays / weekend (and New Year's Eve) between 01:00 to 05:00 in the morning.
The N31 night bus from Paris Gare de Lyon to Orly runs from 01:00 - 05:00 every 30 minutes on weekends & holidays.
The N131 night bus from Gare de Lyon to Orly runs from 02:00 - 05:00 every 1 hour on all days.
The N144 night bus from Gare de l'Est to Orly runs from 01:00 - 05:00, once per hour.
