That ticket price for Gare de Lyon to Versailles at €2.50 is correct. The new price of single-use Paris Metro & Paris RER tickets (Ticket Metro-Train-RER) is €2.50 regardless of distance (in most cases) as of January 1, 2025. There was a massive overhaul & simplification to the pricing scheme of tickets in the Paris region at the beginning of 2025. So, Paris fare-zones and station-to-station pricing is mostly a thing of the past now. The special fare zones now surround the airports Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly (ORY) each having their own Paris Airports Ticket, and both airports are no longer covered by Paris Navigo Day passes.
