What are the prices for a weekly ( from Mon-Fri ) Metro/RER card by zones? What zone is CDG airport?

The price for the full 1-5 zone Navigo weekly Metro/RER card is 22.80€ as of Aug 2022.
To use Navigo from CDG Airport you will need the full 1-5 zone Navigo pass.
The only other zones choices do not cover zone 1 (central Paris) and are for zones 2-5, 3-5, 4-5. The Navigo prices for these zones have been added to the Navigo pass info page.
