What is the best way to get from Paris CDG airport to Rue Edouard Buffard 77144, Montevrain, please?

RER B train from CDG to Paris Chatelet les Halles, transfer to RER A direction Marne la Vallee until Val d'Europe.  Val d'Europe is the closest station to Rue Edouard Buffard.
 
Keep in mind that due to the Paris train strikes the RER A train is running only during peak hours.
