Bonjour,
Thanks for the detailed description of your travel itinerary.
I think the best solution for your situation would be a 3-day Paris Visite 3-zone ticket, along with a single use Paris-CDG RER ticket (can be bought at same time when arriving in Paris).
Since you are arriving Friday and traveling all within central Paris (except for the final trip up to CDG) for 3 days, the 3-day Paris Visite 1-3 zone will cover all your rides within central Paris for Metro/Bus/RER for Fri/Sat/Sun. Then, to get to CDG you will use the single-use RER ticket at Gare du Nord to take the RER B up to Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 1 station (I'm assuming your hotel is near CDG T1/T3... actually I just checked and yes it is, but you'll also need to take the shuttle train "CDGVAL" from inside CDG 1 "Roissypole" to Park PR (between CDG T1 & T2), as the RER B train doesn't stop at Park PR (only Aéroport CDG 1 or CDG 2 stations).
It's important that you use your RER Paris-CDG ticket at Gare du Nord to enter the RER B train area. That single-use ticket must be validated, or else it will not be usable to exit the fare-paid area when you arrive at CDG Airport train stations (and neither will the Paris Visite because it's only good for zone 1-3, not zone 5 of CDG). So, even though you could enter the RER B at Gare du Nord using your Paris Visite, don't... use the RER Paris-CDG ticket.
Have a great visit to Paris.
