I'm travelling through Paris in a few weeks, and I need to buy some bus tickets. A good location for me to do so is in the Cergy Prefecture RER station. However, I can't work out what ticket machines they have there, and if I can buy these tickets from them. Additionally, I am unsure if there is one of the Navigo Easy Ticket Machines too?
Would you be able to guide me through this and show what is possible from this station?

I'm unsure if the automated ticket machines at Cergy Prefecture RER train station distribute Navigo Easy cards (I've never been to this station). But I would assume most Paris RER stations would now have ticket machines capable of selling Navigo Easy loaded with the ticket types you need such as Ticket Bus-Tram or Ticket Metro-Train-RER. Considering how hard the Paris region transport authority has pushed towards digital tickets this January 2025, it would be really odd if they didn't install these Navigo Easy distributing machines everywhere.
As a backup you could write down the tickets, quantity & pass you want on a piece of paper (e.g. Ticket Bus-Tram x 10 + Navigo Easy) and show this to the ticket window attendant at the RER station. They'll be able understand this & print out the pre-loaded Navigo Easy with your desired ticket pack and you can pay via credit card or Euro cash/coin. This would guarantee success at getting the bus tickets if the automated machines are not up-to-date.
