Just want to know where can I get ticket Mobilis zone 1-5 at CDG terminal 2 to use with Roissy Bus?
Do I have to follow the sign "Paris by Train" to get ticket Mobilis CDG Train ticket offices first then back to the sign "Paris by Bus" to take a Roissy Bus?

There are two Roissybus stops at CDG Terminal 2 and each have Roissybus ticket vending machines (a bus stop between T2A and T2C, and another at T2G). I'm guessing Ticket Mobilis is also available at these machines but I'm not positive.
Another option is to take the CDGVAL shuttle train from T2 to Roissypole (location of the main CDG bus loop, between CDG T1 and T3) and visit the ticket window here to purchase your Ticket Mobilis from RATP staff and then walk outside to the bus ranks and catch your Roissybus there.
The advantages with this option are:
- easy / guaranteed purchase of Ticket Mobilis with plenty of English speaking staff to help at both the Roissypole ticket windows or row of ticket machines (Note that the bus stops at T2 only have a single ticket vending machine, which may have a lengthy queue)
- Roissybus will be parked at its origin/terminus bus bay ("quai") and you'll have plenty of time to settle in & stow your luggage prior to departure
