I'd actually recommend the Roissybus for your destination, riding right to the terminus beside Opéra on rue Scribe, then walking the 10 minutes to your hotel.
This transport option will require less transfers than trains and is nearly the same time-wise.
I'd recommend boarding the Roissybus at its origin at CDG at the Roissypole bus loop just outside the CDG Terminal 1 ticketing office. You can take the CDGVal shuttle train in between terminals to get to Roissypole (same building as the CDG Terminal 1 / 3 train station).
