Will the ticket offices fot the Navigo Découverte on the Orly airport be open at 7 or 8 pm?

Keep in mind that Navigo passes are sold at the Orlybus ticket office at Orly Airport, not at the OrlyVal train ticket office (Navigo is not valid on OrlyVal).
 
The Orlybus ticket office will be open at 8pm.
