Thalys high speed train from Belgium / Netherlands / Luxembourg doesn't sell Paris Metro tickets.  You can purchase Paris Metro tickets (ticket t+) when you arrive at Gare du Nord from ticket vending machines or ticket booths outside the Metro & RER entrances.
