How to get from Gare du Nord Eurostar station to nation metro

From Gare du Nord take the RER B train owards Antony/Robinson/St Remy-les-Chevreuse one stop to Chatelet les Halles.  Then transfer to RER A train in direction Marne la Vallee/Chessy (Disneyland).  On the second stop you'll arrive at Nation station.
